We don’t stock inventory which means we must order a minimum amount to fulfill the requirements of our wholesalers. There are a few exceptions to this which are noted in the Quick Ship section of our website. Quick Ship items are available one at a time with no minimum order required.
What’s the difference between pre-order items and custom orders?
Pre-order items are packages we’ve put together that appeal to a broad audience. This makes it easy for anyone who wants to order something without going through the process of customizing the order. Think of these items as a hybrid between the quick-ship and the custom orders. Custom orders are put together with products not already listed on the website. Want something very specific? We can source it for you. Need it personalized? Yup, we can do that too. Our goal is to provide gifts for you and your occasion that fit your needs and that relay the message you are sending.
What is included in the custom order?
When you place a custom order with us, the cost includes the products and the packaging. Our packaging will either be in a gift bag or a gable box. Both come with tissue paper, ribbon, and a blank card appropriate for your occasion. If you prefer packages that are wrapped with wrapping paper and ribbon, there is an upcharge of $5 per gift. Wrapping presents is our absolute favorite part! They will look pretty no matter what you decide. Promise.
How do you know what I need for my celebration?
We don’t! That’s why we have you fill out the order form on our website. This form gives us a good starting point. With the information we get from you we will put together several options that might fit your needs. You can say yes, no, let’s try something else, or nah, never mind to any option. We will keep adjusting the proposal until we have something you love.
Is there any obligation to order if I fill out the order form?
Nope! We will put together a proposal for you at no charge and with no obligation to purchase.When you are happy with the proposal, we will send you an invoice. We order the products upon full payment.
How early do I need to place my order so I get it in time for my event?
The earlier the better! Because we don’t stock the products, we need plenty of time to place the order, then package it and get it to you. For pre-orders and custom orders we need a minimum of 3 weeks. For quick ship items, we need about a week.
Is shipping free?
Sometimes! For any order over $200, we will ship it for free. If you are in Central Ohio, we may be able to deliver or arrange for a pickup to save on shipping. Otherwise, we charge the least amount of shipping we can. We are working really hard to keep our products affordable for everyone.
